Five Things I Love about Alice

1. Going home for lunch on work days
2. The gym instructors know my name
3. There's just enough on to tempt you to do things, but not so much that you do nothing at all (too much choice can be a bad thing)
4. It challenges my world view
5. The paintings at Papunya Tula and Gondwanaland Gallery
   

Five Things I Don't Like about Alice

1. The gritty calcium deposits in the bottom of your cup of tea, collecting on the shower floor and around the taps
   
2. The prices of all those fantastic paintings
   
3. The Saturday papers arrive at 1.30pm, and sometimes not at all
   
4. The police on trail bikes
5. Aforementioned police 'moving on' groups of Aboriginal people
